Age 74 of Little Canada, after a long, fun-filled life of travel and wonderful friendships, Vicki passed away peacefully succumbing to Alzheimer's with her family by her side. Preceded in death by parents William Jr. and Mildred (Ihrig), her husband Roger, siblings James and Linda. Survived by daughter, Amelia (David) Loomis; son, James; grandsons, Zachary, and Miles; siblings, Patricia (Aldo), Jerry (Judy) brother-in-law, Bryon Cronk; and many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Vicki grew up in Centuria, Wisconsin. She moved to the Twin Cities after graduating from high school and started a very brief career with the US Post Office where she met her husband Roger and started a family. After raising her children Vicki went back to work for Roseville Area Schools until her retirement. Vicki made many friendships and sustained long term relationships with her Roseville Area Schools workmates turning co-workers into friends. Vicki enjoyed many hobbies including painting, sewing, traveling, playing cards, and reading with her long-term book club friends that were an integral part of her friendship circle. A prolific artist, many of Vicki’s paintings and art grace the walls of her friends and family. She will always be remembered as the life of the party as she loved music and dancing, especially to her favorite group the Rolling Stones. Her quick wit, humor, and sarcasm will be missed. Memorial service 11 AM Tuesday, March 21 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME- ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd B. Visitation from 10 – 11 AM Tuesday. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
