Virginia “Ginny” Blase (née Schwartz) was born on April 7, 1946, and passed away on April 5, 2024, after a struggle with cancer.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lester.
Survived by her son, Tim (Susan); a devoted and loving grandmother to Coley and Sully; sisters, Joan Laszlo, Mary Jo (Rich) Cisneros, Barbara (Fidel) Dickson, Lisa (Bruce Fuller) Schwartz; brother, Frank (Evangeline) Schwartz; loving nieces, nephews, and caring friends; and dear friends, Judy Paitich and Sharon Bowen.
A special thank you to Allina Health Hospice, especially her nurses Jodi and Annie.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday, April 12 at MATERNITY OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1414 North Dale Street, St. Paul.
Visitation 4 – 7 PM Thursday, April 11 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME – ROSEVILLE, 2130 North Dale Street at County Road B.
Interment Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
