Vivian Ann Leon

Age 70, of St. Paul​(nee Ostrum)​Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on April 26, 2018, following a courageous battle with cancer.  Preceded in death by her twin baby girls; and her parents, Arnold and Elvira.  Survived by son, John Burns; daughter, Rebecca Leon; grandchildren, Jordan and Mariah; great-granddaughter, Avery; siblings, James (Margaret), Judith, Marie, Dale (Donna), and Renea (Harold); and a plethora of friends and admirers. Born in Cumberland, WI on 10/10/1947, Vivian was a career waitress and banquet server, until she was able to work no more. Vivian was the top of the line in her career, never leaving a table untouched or a patron uncared for. She was the guiding light and strength for many.  Celebration of Vivian’s life will be from 1-4 PM Monday, April 30 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N Dale Street at County Rd B. A brief prayer service will be held at 3 PM.​A reception will be held at the North St. Paul VFW, 2483 E 7th Ave, North St. Paul, following Vivian’s celebration at the funeral home.
