Survived by wife, Delores; children, Sharon (Ken) Rutford, Gloria, and Wayne Jr (Kathy); and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and step-grandchildren.
Graveside service 12 Noon Wednesday, December 30 at Elmhurst Cemetery, 1510 N. Dale St., St. Paul.
