Bill passed away unexpectedly at the age of 63 in his home in Lino Lakes on January 24, 2025.
Preceded in death by his son, Nicholas; mother, Sylvia; and sister, Nancy Allen.
Survived by his wife of 40 years, Pamela; son, Anthony; father, Roger; siblings, Cindy (John) Janowski, Penny, Terry, and Shari (Pete) Haselmann; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bill operated his own fireplace service business for nearly 35 years. Known throughout his life for his exceptional ability to build or fix anything, Bill was always willing to lend his skills to anyone in need. He found fulfillment in activities like woodworking, boating, driving his Harley, shooting pool, fishing, golfing, and hunting. But for him, it was not about the activity itself—it was the family and friends he spent time with that made these activities meaningful. His love, friendship, and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s favorite charity.
To honor and remember Bill, a Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, May 31, from 1 to 4pm at the Hugo American Legion Post 620, 5383 140th St, Hugo. Please join us to share stories, memories, and enjoy some light food.
