Pat lived a life comprised of loving family, friends, and many stories filled with laughter and love. Pat had two favorite sayings: "Enjoy every precious moment" and "It's the best day of my life".

Pat was born in Hackensack, New Jersey to parents, MaryAlma Johnson (née Youngs) and Thomas G. Johnson. He joined the Army, where he was trained on computers. The computer business became his career until he retired. Pat moved to Minnesota to marry the love of his life and long-time wife of 41 years, Katie.

Pat loved to travel with Katie and friends in the United States and Europe. Pat's favorite being their road trips to Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, and trips to London and Italy.

While spending winters in Florida over several years, Pat loved to take pictures of Florida sunsets. After taking sunset pictures every night, Pat would then post his favorite picture on Facebook so that family and friends could enjoy them too.

Pat loved to play golf with everyone...whether a beginner or one that had played golf for years. He always said playing golf was a chance to get outdoors and spend time enjoying time with family and friends.

Pat loved magic. Pat knew many card tricks and would show any new tricks he learned to anyone that he could corral to show off his newfound knowledge. Pat loved the intricacies of magic and the time it takes for a magician to learn new tricks and be good at them.

Preceded in death by parents, MaryAlma and Thomas Johnson.
