Scott B. Lewis
January 22, 1948 - August 15, 2020
Age 72, of Circle Pines.
Passed away August 15, 2020 after kicking Pancreatic Cancer’s ass for a year and a half.
Preceded in death by parents, Roger and Phyllis.
Survived by loving wife and best friend, Cindy; children, Robyn (Don) Hansen and Jason (Missy); grandchildren, Jordan, Jaymie, Jessica and Tyler; brothers, Craig (Sharon) and Jeff (Diane); many other family and friends.
Scott was born in 1948 in St. Paul, MN to Roger and Phyllis Lewis, the oldest of three boys. He graduated from Frank B. Kellogg High School in 1966. He went to St. Cloud State University to continue his gymnastics career. He met and married the love of his life, Cindy. In their 50 years together, they were blessed with two children and four grandchildren that were always the center of his world.
Scott began his working years at Northwestern Bell installing telephones. He worked for the Air National Guard in the flight simulator and for Xerox installing and repairing high speed copiers. He then decided to become his own boss and started a landscape and lawn maintenance company. He would eventually retire from Interstate Companies where he worked as a salesman.
Scott was passionate about the Beatles (yeah, yeah, yeah) and his guitars. He was a skilled photographer. He recorded his travels, nature and thousands of his granddaughters’ basketball games in amazing pictures. After Scott retired, he became an avid gardener creating many beautiful landscapes for us to enjoy. Above all, the greatest joy for Scott was time spent with his loving family.
Scott, you will be forever loved and truly missed!
